BEWARE of this app. I downloaded the app only to see that most of the products on there are cheap junk and unsuitable for the standards of manufacturing I have for my website. I uninstalled the app the same day that I deleted it. However, they claim that uninstalling it was not enough to CANCEL the subscription after the trial period. They charged me $39.99 at the end of the trial period even though I never used the app even once, never set it up, nor sold any products from it. They claim this was made clear in the Terms and Conditions and refuse to give me a refund. However, with every other app I have ever used on Shopify, to uninstall it is enough to cancel the subscription or service and no additional cancellation was ever needed. This is intentionally misleading and manipulative. It was only after I went in and delinked the service from my PayPal account after discovering the charge that the consider it "canceled". EXTREMELY DISHONEST AND INFLEXIBLE COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

UPDATE 01/07/2025: I am so frustrated with Zendrop! I haven't had my store up and running for very long and I just received my first order a couple of days ago. I have to cancel that order because the supplier is out of stock for the item that was purchased. Now, I know Zendrop is not the supplier. But Zendrop works with those suppliers and if the supplier is out of stock, that should be reflected in the inventory for my store regardless of the item. If it was just one order, that's one thing. But this has happened on sample orders I've placed as well. How does that instill buyer confidence in my store if my supplier (Zendrop) can't tell me if they even have the product to ship until after the order is made? Zendrop controls the inventory reports for the items and then will update that information, which is pushed to my site. If an item, or variant, is out of stock, it becomes invisible until that item is restocked. Or rather, that's how it's supposed to work.

Extremely disappointed. Saw a potential in this app so I changed my entire niche focus to women's fashion hoping to get things set up for the pre fall-winter season. Spent days doing market research, building up collections on Trendsi, rebuilding my website from scratch, investing on app plug ins etc. Only to be stopped not even half way through attempting to import the collections I created to Shopify. They told me I need to confirm I'm not a bot by purchasing a sample, then they'll remove the limit. How am I a bot when I've been asking questions almost daily and talking to them lol. I'm a drop-shipper, starting out and testing things so I don't have a seller's license yet therefore I cannot place a sample. Long story short, wasted my time, energy, and money on a wasted potential. What a joke, not a funny one. UPDATE: Just wow. One of their leads reached out because I wrote a review, not to help but to potentially get me to take it down and never responded despite responding professionally with my concerns as asked. One of their reps told me earlier that new dropshippers can start and get customer orders without needing to have inventory and that its only needed if I want to get samples. Meanwhile the lead simply says that dropshipping without a business lisence is against their and shopify rules. Imagine targetting dropshippers and don't even know Shopify's policies regarding dropshipping. Glad they rejected me like this. Rejection is protection. All they care about is turning you into a customer of their products ASAP by suggesting you order "samples" because they don't believe every new seller will actually make it.

Good pricing but inconsistent results. I had many print quality issues with their providers. As they are essentially the middle person between you and the printer getting issues resolved was very labored and at times not possible. More importantly, when building a brand you cannot afford poor quality results or inconsistency both of which were issues with printify. If you are looking for a quick profit then Printify may work as the pricing is good. I rather pay the additional costs with Printful, who is not a middle 'man' and actually produces your product, or pay the upfront costs and order in bulk from a good screen-printer. The quality I have found more consistent.

I submitted a scan of an original cyanotype that's been successfully and precisely color-matched on numerous apparel and paper products by another POD vendor, but the blue in my Printful sample gaiter turned out cobalt blue instead, and showed none of the gradations of the original image. (I have a photo that shows the huge discrepancy, but apparently can't post it here). The file was created according to file guidelines, using color profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1. Yet I was told the print result was "to be considered expected." I am removing the app: I can't use a vendor that can't even remotely match my submitted art.

I would not recommend Zendrop, even if you're on the Plus Plan. Their "Top Trending," "New Arrivals," and "Best Sellers" categories, along with the extras, are simply not worth it. I ordered a sample from Zendrop Fulfillment, and they sent the wrong type. It's baffling that they messed up a sample order. Now, I have to wait another 15 business days for a replacement. How can I trust them with my regular orders if they can't handle a simple sample correctly?

If they don't change this soon, I will be finding different providers. I already found printful, which has not only better quality shirts, but they are the SAME PRICE as printify if not cheaper.

I’m really disappointed with this purchase. I was assured that the product was not the same as the one on Temu and that the quality would be significantly better. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When the item arrived, it was exactly the same as what I had seen on Temu — same packaging, same material, same everything. I feel misled, and I wouldn’t have paid this price if I had known the truth. Be cautious if you’re expecting something different or higher quality. I asked for a refund because i bought it for 28nzd whereas in temu it’s only 13nzd but they won’t do it and instead offered a discount etc for future transactions which is impossible now that i don’t trust that they will deliver what they promised.

We are updating our review to 1-star and are convinced that the majority of the reviews here are about the app and have not actually sold anything. Nearly every order has had a mistake. Printful always agrees to fix their mistakes but taking the time to get this right sucks. They don't calibrate printers which is basic operation so consistency problems on the easiest jobs. There is no quality control as a matter of fact it is obvious a person does not even look at the result or the product would not ship. We have made an embarrassing mistake and are removing this ''partner'' and getting back to 100% quality products from Idea Chíc.

The products on the app are all overpriced, easily broken, and resent to you from china and other places out of the country. Ordered some items for myself and got them today, 2x2 stickers are washed out, tee graphics are wrong color, and the front pocket print is so blurry. This company is great for dropshipping from the US. Do not use them for wholesale. I made a mistake by trying out their white label wholesale clothing and the quality was absolutely terrible. I can't even sell it in my store. I reached out to ask for a refund and was told since I purchased wholesale, I can't return it. These items are going straight to the trash because I'd be embarrassed to sell it, even at cost. It honestly looks like these clothes were made by someone sewing for the first time. Besides that, nearly all the clothing that is available for white label is also sold on Shein and Temu, so I won't bother buying wholesale from Trendsi again.

Misprinted tons of shirts and didn't do a quality check on them, unable to use images that are 11x14 with 300dpi my usual screen printer has no issues with and I had to remove this app from my store because I was losing customers because of printifys mistakes. This app isn't worth the hassle, I started using a different app instead and haven't had any of the same issues.

I love the ease of adding Amazon products to my shopify store. But, soince they are other companies products, how do O make returns? Ihaven;t been ab;e to get help on this. A client bought an item. It arrived badly damaged. Now what? I shipped it from Amazon to my customer. DO I tell the cusomter to reytn ot to amazon?
