Their service never worked for me. I ordered and input $800 from paypal to my wallet balance. Despite being on chat support for hours and following all their steps, the orders stayed "in progress" for days. I ended having to cancel them and order them manually from various other sellers completely wasting my time and delaying my customers orders. Then the real nightmare began. I went on chat for hours, and opened up 4 separate tickets, was given several auto responses. All I wanted was refunds for my 3 separate paypal transactions. After days, they finally agreed to refund me, then kept 15% stating paypal keeps 15%. They stole my money and kept insisting paypal keeps 15% for refunds. I know this is a flat out lie since I obviously have refunded customers on paypal knowing they get the full refund. Also, they sent me two payments one in full, and one partial amount. When I did three separate paypal payments to them. If paypal really took 15%, I would've received three separate refunds with 15% removed, instead of one payment 100% refunded and one artbitrary amount. DO NOT USE this service. I wish I could give zero stars.

Syncee provided horrible customer service. It's a small team if you look at their website. When I had my issue, I kept asking them to escalate. Basically, they passed me off to their friend 2 times (Sarah -> Peter -> Richard). When I asked to speak with the CEO AKOS Gulyas, they told me no. I reached out to Akos directly on Linkedin; no response. If you are selling baby or pet toys, or women's sports bras, maybe this company will work for you. I am creating a website using a niche market. The company advertised that they have distributors/ dropshippers that sell my products. I paid for a year in advance to take advantage of the discounted pricing, as I was looking forward to a long-term relationship with this company. As I started to build my website, and reach out to the various vendors, I discovered that the vendors are no longer in business or do not reply to my emails (bait and switch). I asked Syncee for a refund of the subscription as I was unable to get a vendor to work with. They said the policy is NO REFUNDS but they would look into my situation. Syncee blamed me for paying in advance and said that I should have canceled within the 14 day cancellation period. This is something that I discovered after building my website. So basically the company is promoting that they have vendors to sell your niche product, but the vendors are no longer in business. This is false advertising and a scam. Unfortunately, the company is NOT based in the US but based in Hungary so you can't pursue any legal action. They have good reviews (might be legit or a bot) but them refusing to refund me $288 because they don't properly vet their vendors is sad. Horrible experience and I would not use this company if you are selling a niche. They don't care that they are stealing your money. This should have been a no-brainer to refund me my money. Looking at other negative reviews, many of them are very similar to my situation. Sad experience for a new business owner.

What could have been a 5 star review has been reduced to 1 in less than 48 hours. I have used Printtify to order a couple thousand dollars worth of merchandise in the last 30 days for election relation items. I receive an email 3 days ago saying my orders are on hold becuase the printer ran out of banks, with instructions to transfer the orders to another provider that don't work. Not just a couple of items over a dozen in some orders. I figure maybe I am doing something wrong. I find no way to contact a live person to help me with hundreds of dollars of orders pending. emails go answered, chat box goes unanswered, nothing. Total silence. My card has been charged almost $1000 with nothing to show for it and no help transferring these orders to providers that can actually handle the orders they are getting. If I don't hear back today I am back charging the charges on my credit card and will make it clear to anyone considering using this service that to do so is at their own peril. Tech support shouldn't take 2 days! And if you're going to own a business like this have at least ONE person who can answer a telephone. I am VERY upset at the prospect of having to refund THOUSANDS of dollars in client fees NOT TO MENTION the response from those clients. IF this company comes through I will update this review.

Do not recommend the use of this app or platform. So far, they have taken more than $500 AUD and refused to fulfill my customer's order after multiple attempts to fix this; I had no choice but to be refunded so I could pay my customer back. Auto Ds does not communicate refunds; they take the money. It is best to understand their terms and conditions, which are up to 15%. Still, they took the complete 15%, costing me $150 USD, without making a sale, and then fees from the transfer. It's been the most expensive first experience with this company. Customer service is all over the place. You never get to speak to the same person, so that is where my issue stemmed from. Very frustrating and very upsetting, and I wouldn't trust this platform.

This is my real honest experience after being with Trendsi for a while. They have poor customer support for we have a customer who ordered from our website on 17/8/25 and up to now they haven't shipped it and they don't send a payment request to merchants too when an order is placed. It's 11 days now 28/8/25 they told us there was no order placed yet there is an order. Trendsi customer support is the worst ever I wouldn't recommend to any new merchants looking for dropshipping apps for this will ruin your business. They are not quick to please customers. I have experienced the worst now. Don't install this app for you will regret it too.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I worked extremely hard to get my store up and running and relied on their service for fulfilment until an order came through, I topped it up, then they marked my account as high risk and they took 3 days to resolve the issue. They say they have 24/7 online help, but no ones available to resolve the issues you encounter. I chased approx 5 times in those 3 days outlining my concern. I just received a 4 point strike from Tiktok due to the delay and a few hours later Autods sent me an email advising issue is resolved and Happy Sales!

I am so DONE with Printify. Every time I go to place an order the products are out of stock. My store offers t-shirts ONLY from them. Variants are constantly out of stock for every every single shirt and the order is denied until I have to go fix it manually... They can't plan to keep product in stock??? This is supposed to be print on demand so that I don't have to babysit EVERY SINGLE ORDER. Printify is awful. Support for Printify is EMBARASSINGLY bad. They don't understand issues very well because I believe they hired mostly non-native english speakers that are operating from cut and paste scripts. Instead of fixing issues they tell you to recreate the product all over again using one of the many different confusing print providers that will offer different brand t-shirts with different color options. If you want to offer a consistent base of products in multiple colorways - you are just screwed, but that won't stop them from trying to convince you that their "order routing" feature works. It does not... not even close. Also, the product image thumbnail generator for Printify adds a silly amount of empty space around t-shirt thumbnails making them look ridiculous. They haven't fixed this or offered a solution for years. I have had complaints from customers and even had test orders come with very poor quality due to insufficient ink applied to the shirt and the color matching is a total crapshoot. It depends on the print provider. Not all of Printify's print providers are consistent. Some will do a horrible job matching colors, and others will do a horrible job applying enough ink. Again, when they ask you to recreate a product... You have to redefine every attribute... pricing, titles, description, size chart, it will overwrite your thumbnail images... It is so tedious. Save yourself the hassle! The low prices at Printify are low FOR A REASON. Save yourself time and effort and just pick a different solution for your print on demand needs. Your time is valuable, and if you go with Printify you will spend hours and hours micromanaging your products because their site doesn't work in a sensible way. I have mentioned these problems to their support team over and over through the course of many years and I have never gotten help that resolved these issues. They don't actually care.

Printify is TRASH if you need personalized products. Works fine for regular orders, but the personalized order system is broken and buggy. After following all the instructions (which are contradictory) the personalization only works if I place an order through my own system, not for anyone else. It automatically sends to production the "placeholder" item. And even though I followed all instructions and the Printify technical helpdesk couldn't troubleshoot the problem, Printify wouldn't reimburse for the hundreds of dollars worth of incorrectly printed items. Even if I order myself, it will work for one order and then won't work for another item order placed immediately after. I have to cancel my own orders and re-submit until it allows me to review, edit and manually submit. No matter what settings we've tried, Printify will automatically submit orders that need review/edit/manual submission. Their tech support can't fix it, and they won't reimburse for the incorrect orders their system sends to production. AVOID PRINTIFY FOR ALL PERSONALIZATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leggings "do not line up if your work is symetrical"! When they say that .. they mean it! 99.9 % of the time "YOGA CAPRI or JUST leggings" "on the side" "front or back" "will not line up """at all""" EVER"!! Very poor service. Realistically speaking, only 35-40% of orders are delivered properly. When I say that, I mean: The process does not exceed 5-6 days. It is very long for the others. Also, it REGULARLY happens that after 10 days of processing they just say “Out of Stock”. Very bad for us, they cover themselves while we quarrel with customers and lose them, as our reputation declines. The other thing people need to know is that the Agent assigned to them by CJ can't help but look at the warrants, say what's going on, can he speed up the process? NO, it almost doesn't serve. And worst of all is when they write to you "This often happens in the DS" MA don't? And because you don't update your Stock products nicely, it says 40,000 in stock, and you say sold out. Funny and sad. To summarize: The processing is horrible. They always apologize and that's why only the customer service serves, to help in the right way? Hard They do not update the camp regularly. Everything that is written on the site is not true. They are only suitable for a start, later you have to get away from them or you will fail in the worst case.

The positive reviews have to be fake. No way they have a 4.3 rating!!! Don't use them; you will be pulling your hair out on every order. 60% of orders don't get fulfilled even after I have paid. They are out of stock or the order just goes to a void. Then you cannot get a refund for the order, so you have to file chargebacks for all of them. The support is overseas or AI and is useless. You cannot build a business around Syncee; it would be impossible to scale to any size. The concept is great; the execution is about as bad as it can get. Read the other bad reviews, those are the real reviews!!! Not faked.

Order placed February 26, 2026. Never delivered after 35+ days. CJ Dropshipping has a plethora of items for any niche, but if you run into a problem with the support team and get your bank involved they'll shut down your access to their platform, therefore shutting down your store, or any items you rely on them to fulfill. My advice would be to find another supplier with more human empathy, because if you get on their bad side they'll shut you down without any hesitation or information from their part, but they'll always expect you to be patient.

Misleading fashion partner. I always face an issue with Trendsi platform. They always mislead the sellers. Because of Trendsi, my business has been negatively impacted. Trendsi always misled us. I purchased the order within the given dates, and yet my purchase products are still affected by the Lunar New Year. There support provides silly or childish excuses. I have adjusted the funds and purchased the products so that customers receive their orders as soon as possible. Then, I found out that these orders are also affected. This is unacceptable.

I used to love this app until I had a small problem a customer order a shirt and not receive anything even now they still haven't receive nothing and they had order back in July, I had to go out my way and find somebody to print a shirt and ship it myself. My problem is that in the middle of it all I could not reach nobody that could help me I have not gotten a email back I miss the old days where I can just call and the problem is solve in seconds well its been a fun while it last.

Update #3 (17th Nov) Uninstalled this horrid piece of software, it could not work out if things were in stock or not on Banggood UK. After spending far too long proving to support that it was their issue and not mine, I gave up and spent more time looking for an alternative, I've found it, moved to it and it just works. AutoDS might work for more basic stores but for me it was a waste of time, money and sales. Also, that $266 price increase rubbish, thanks for all the strikes I got every time your app could not work out stuff was in stock and the price on my platforms shot through the roof, appreciate that. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Update #2 (27th April) I've been testing out the app and by and large it seems to be working out, a couple of minor issues that are being looked into, but the most important part for me was that I could re-link my existing products back to their supplier (no one wants to recreate hundreds of listings again) this is working pretty much as it should so I'm happy :) ---------------------------------------------------------------- Update: I've just has a long chat with Lior from AutoDS who called me later the same day after my review, starting Tue 20th / Wed 21st April '21 they will be adding support for EU/UK warehouses on AliExpress and Banggood. For me personally this will be a big deal as AutoDS is the closest replacement to ShopMaster, I look forward to giving it a try and all I shall update my review after some testing to let you all know how it goes. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Original Review: Looks good and feature packed, lack of interest in supporting non US/China warehouses meant it was not suitable for my business model. Would reconsider in the future if support was added.

This app is continuing to ruin my business. * 3week + orders backlog. * System duplicating products in orders and charging me (customer support says it's my fault). * System does not recognize out of stock items. 20+ manufacturers for item, have fun trying one by one hoping they will have it in stock (1 try = 1 day). * Once system changes manufacturer they will missplace your print without letting you know and send it to customer. Guess what, its your fault too. * Customer support is worthless and many more... Only way to get help is to leave bad review. Give me dedicated customer support agent so I can fulfill my backlog caused by printify, I will delete this review and move on somewhere else. If not I will update this review everyday so its on top

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN BLACK! Initially I would give Printful 5 stars, but the fact that everything I order in black comes out faded now is beyond frustrating. I personally love black tshirts, and thats always my go to color for majority of my designs. Unfortunately everything I’ve ordered lately on black comes out looking washed. This is so disappointing being that the first few items I ordered (in black) were perfect. I’ve tried reach out to their support department about it, but I keep getting “thats expected quality.” So now I’m going to have to find another printer for all of my black apparel items. With Black Friday coming up this is going to throw me off my timeline of ordering samples and preparing content for advertisement.

This app has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had on Shopify. I asked multiple times for my subscription to be cancelled and was told support would reach out because I could not cancel it on my own. No one ever contacted me and instead they continued charging my account. I ended up being billed more than $150.00 for a subscription I made very clear that I did not want. I had to change my card information and place a block on Spocket just to stop the charges from hitting my account. I have also filed a formal complaint with the BBB so future businesses do not go through this same situation. I recommend avoiding this app until they fix their billing practices and their complete lack of follow through from support.

Beware of this company and the sketchy terms and conditions they have. I signed up and paid for a year subscription in August of 2023. In August 2024 they never sent me any emails alerting me of the upcoming renewal date. They just sucked $288.00 out of my account and didn't notify me until hours later. I immediately sent them a email telling them I wanted to cancel the subscription because I just do not use the service enough to justify the cost. After days of back and forth emails with several different people, they finally said they can not and would not refund my money. That is just bad business. I just dent do business with shady companies like Sproket.

I got to cancel it because I didn't see too much of discounts or prices that I can have revenue with simple design in top of that I order samples of the products and the quality was horrible my design was a colorful rectangle with a logo and I got to returned 2 times and the last one that I received it was off to and the rectangle wasn't straight. I got a good customer service that's why my 2 stars but the quality even thank god was a sample for me 2 time in bad quality is not what I want my customer to have. you can try it but don't have this app as the only option.

Some of the features do not work as advertised. Such as the Aliexpress importer. The importer has had issues or reports of not functioning for nearly a year. Customer service in regards to any assistance in getting it to work was dissatisfying. I also made the mistake of topping up my credit balance to try and order some samples. However, you can't use the balance to do that and it was not very obviously stated as far as I can see. I will say the support agent I ended up dealing with to assist me in refunding the balance was helpful, which is the only reason I bothered to write this review.

Just hope you never have an issue with them. I did not recall purchasing a year membership and as soon as it was deducted from my account I contacted Spocket to see if it were possible to receive a refund. One of the reps said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I never heard back. I contacted them again and over several conversations, not only was nothing resolved but they also stopped answering me, which I consider very disrespectful. I would not work with them again and would recommend Zendrop or Syncee for someone looking to dropship as they have better customer service.

This company is complete BS. Nothing but issues upon issues. And to top it off with their extensive track record of inconveniences, they charge PREMIUM for below-average quality products. Want to use the $200 credits you gained as a sign-up bonus? Sure no problem. They'll only allow you to contribute 10% of it towards their already overpriced cost of goods. Do yourself a favor and get in contact with a real sourcing agent. Not these rip offs. If you don't know how, take the initiative and youtube it. Literally guides out there.

Avoid this app, predatory billing, and no accountabilityThis was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had on Shopify. I was charged nearly $150 CAD for an app I used for two days, uninstalled immediately, and never benefited from. Support was cold, inflexible, and offered no real help just copy paste policies. Seeing other reviews with the same experience makes this feel intentional rather than accidental. If you’re new to Shopify or on a tight budget, this app can seriously hurt you financially.

The service from this company is horrible. Wrote to them 5 days ago and still not even a response. Yes I am aware that there was a holiday but I work with 2 other companies providing the same service and both of them responded at least within 48 hours. I honestly believe that these star reviews are fakes. Even when there is no holiday it takes them 3 days to respond, to simple questions very unprofessional horrible service.

The app does not allow for fully automatic price updating, when the supplier updates the price. It also only allows you to change the pricing multipliers/rules once every 30 days, something that can be annoying when you start using the service. The customer service is extremely fast and knew most of the problems and potential solutions which is a plus; the only reason I gave 2 stars. They were extremely pushy to leave a review after my first and successive contacts for various other issues which was very annoying, so its easy to see how they have so many ratings (good strategy DSers app marketing team!) The automatic price update is an issue for stores with large catalogues and it renders the app useless to me.

Terrible experience. those who believe time is money - do not touch this app at all ..i am deleting for the second time. people might ask why i did install second time ..just because of one of the customer support agent not to name sent many emails to help me ship my products. it is honest review..so its upto you guys. ****** Replying to your comment- those are not authentic stuff..just go to Ali express and you will find millions and those dont require license, Above all I just did not delete the app for this silly issue. I have deleted because for me time is money..if you wanna take more than 48 hours for every product to get an update then merchants can only fulfill 1-2 orders per day.
