It says there is a free plan available, but whenever I tried to add an item to my import list, it kept trying to make select a plan to upgrade to. A free plan doesn't count as a free plan if all I can do is look at the products and cannot actually order them without upgrading. False advertising.

At first, I thought CJ Dropshipping was the best option for my business, but now they are extremely disappointing. They are incredibly inefficient: they don’t update their inventory, and 3 or 4 days after placing an order, they casually tell you the product is out of stock—when your inventory shows thousands available!

Me están mandando los productos con la imagen como parte del texto,lo que hace que mis productos en la tienda no salga con alguna imagen. Llevo más de 3 días notificando a soporte y me dicen q es problema de shopify, les pongo ejemplos con fotos y evidencias que el problema es suyo, pues la importación a mi tienda lo hace solo en un recorrido del 90%, las fotos en su app no se muestran, solo se muestran las que en un inicio importé, les explico que con esos primeros productos que ya tengo bien en tienda lo intenté a volverlos a importar y salen igual de mal. Es decir, todo ha sido un desastre, y no recibí solución alguna. De hecho tengo una suscripción paga.

I will be deleting this app. No where near as good as Oberlo for my store. I have had nothing but trouble. prehaps if you have nothing but dropshipping products it may be useful, but if you have a mix of your own physical products and dropshipping its awful. It syncs ALL of your products from your shopify store and if you dont want to see them on DSERS you must one by one cofirm to hide them on DSERS, in addition to that it takes forever to sync with Alibaba. with Oberlo, you hit sync and it happened immediately.

Extremely disappointed with their lack of responsibility for undelivered orders, several problems at this level and no action taken even though I have been working with them for 3 years. My old agent was good, recently the service has deteriorated. Private inventory products disappear after about a year, on the grounds that they are "liquidated" without us even being reimbursed, not serious at all...

I have a Trendsi account and have installed the Trendsi app on my Shopify store. A customer recently ordered a pair of pants in size Medium from my store, but when I checked the product on Trendsi, there was no Medium stock available and only 2 units left in size Small.
