How do I track an ETdropship order?

Accepted Answer

Use the Track page on etdropship.com with your tracking number. ETdropship numbers use the same digits as the carrier number with an ET prefix (e.g. ET2619801001834688).

You can also track on 17TRACK, which supports 2,800+ carriers worldwide.

Does tracking automatically sync to my Shopify store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When fulfillment completes, carrier tracking is pushed to Shopify so customers receive shipment notifications and your helpdesk apps (Gorgias, etc.) can auto-respond to WISMO tickets.

Why did tracking stop updating for several days?

Accepted Answer

Cross-border parcels often pause at export customs, airline handoff, or import clearance. This is normal for economy lanes.

If no update exceeds 7–10 business days, contact ETdropship support—we open a carrier trace and advise reship or refund per policy.

Question 4

What is blind or discreet tracking?

Accepted Answer

Blind tracking hides China-origin metadata in customer-facing tracking pages where lane design allows—supporting branded DTC stores that do not want customers researching factory origins.

Last-mile numbers may show local carriers (USPS, PostNL, etc.) for final delivery.

Question 5

What if the customer says delivered but they did not receive the package?

Accepted Answer

We request proof of delivery (POD) from the local carrier, verify GPS/scan data, and coordinate reship or refund when service-side responsibility is confirmed.

Sellers should collect apartment/unit details at checkout to reduce misdelivery.

Can I give customers a branded tracking page?

Accepted Answer

Tracking links can point to 17TRACK or carrier pages with your support email in shipping notifications.
