I don't understand what the need was to upgrade the system when everything was working perfectly fine! For no reason they decided to make changes and have created a mess! Suddenly, they have created new tabs for aliexpress and unmapped orders which creates more work because you can not place order from unmappped orders tab. As soon as you manually add a new supplier, it goes to a different tab and you need to place an order there! Seriously looking for an alternative now!

UK store, just doest work at all, even you choose UK providers. When I test to purchase a t-shirt, mug on checkout page, it just keep telling me "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address."

Unfortunatelly this app gave me errors always with the only order I tried to do. The last was about wrong address, but the address was completelly right! 3 times different errors and one order made 26th of may yet not elaborated.

I'm not getting any reason why my orders are being cancelled. Nor is the order going to a different print provider when it's cancelled by one print provider.

Zendrop is a good app overall, but the product sourcing process takes too long. When I submit a link for sourcing, it can take 2–4 days to get the product added. It would be much better if sourcing requests were processed faster, especially for users who want to test products quickly

Everything seems great until you realize that the words “automatic” and “integration” only work one way. Scammers target new businesses because both Printify and Shopify allow gaps to exist for new sellers—and scammers know this very well. ONLY ORDERS ARE FILLED AUTOMATICALLY. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE ON EACH PLATFORM SEPARATELY. Shopify tells you that since the order is unfulfilled and the stores are connected, both accounts will stay synchronized—and that is false. Do not fall into the massive gap they leave open.

The app is unfortunately not great. Several issues occur at every step, from importing products to simply browsing their product library or paying for the orders: cache needs to be cleaned endless numbers of times, product library crashes often, only credit cards are accepted (not debit) and this is not said anywhere until you discover it at the checkout for the first order. Assistance takes days to solve the easiest issues, apart from the amazing Prinz who is always super quick and effective. Thank you Prinz!

Probably will be leaving Trendsi. This is a dropshipping company using dropshipping to receive their items and with this process I can't give my customers what I promise. I take pride in servicing my customers in the time I promised them and Trendsi can't do this for my company.

I found this app to be quite difficult to navigate and not user-friendly. The interface is confusing, and simple tasks like uploading designs or customizing products take more time than they should. It lacks clear instructions, making the process frustrating for new users.

The app is super buggy and extremely slow. Mockup are generated with the wrong embroidery colors. No matter what I do they don't update. The process to create products and publish is time consuming. They introduce new products then quickly discontinue them.

The app works okay, however it requires me to manually refresh the data in order for an order to be placed. If I miss that a customer ordered a printful item it never starts the order. If someone orders a printful item I would prefer it to automatically submit the order to printful and get production started.

was not happy how the only order I had was received. The black sweater that was more of a off black and the print was looking faded like it had been washed several times before sending. I know my customer was not happy. I expected better.

I like the app and the product but trying to upload artwork for products is very difficult and counterintuitive. I tried making a dad hat and using your mockups the whole process is very confusing and sent me in circles.

You guys are missing the boat, you have way more products to offer but I sell mainly printful stuff simply because the design process so sooooooo much easier and user friendly.
