It says there is a free plan available, but whenever I tried to add an item to my import list, it kept trying to make select a plan to upgrade to. A free plan doesn't count as a free plan if all I can do is look at the products and cannot actually order them without upgrading. False advertising.

At first, I thought CJ Dropshipping was the best option for my business, but now they are extremely disappointing. They are incredibly inefficient: they don’t update their inventory, and 3 or 4 days after placing an order, they casually tell you the product is out of stock—when your inventory shows thousands available!

Much slower. 20 DAYS! Most of the orders still not shipped, and they can't say a reason. This might be fatal for my store. They work ok only if you keep stock for 1-5 SKU no more. They have no brains to process more complex tasks

Out of stock problems are an issue with this company. I have not removed the products from my store but have changed their availability to pre-order only and notify the customer when they are in stock.

Good Product Selection, But Inventory Sync Issues I've been using CJ Dropshipping for my Shopify store, and while the product variety and sourcing options are excellent, I've encountered some challenges with inventory synchronization. Pros: Wide range of products to choose from Easy product import to Shopify Competitive pricing Cons: Inventory doesn't sync properly with Shopify locations, causing products to show as "Sold Out" even when they're available Settings could be more intuitive for beginners Would benefit from clearer documentation on inventory management Overall, CJ Dropshipping has potential, but the inventory sync issues need improvement. Me están mandando los productos con la imagen como parte del texto,lo que hace que mis productos en la tienda no salga con alguna imagen. Llevo más de 3 días notificando a soporte y me dicen q es problema de shopify, les pongo ejemplos con fotos y evidencias que el problema es suyo, pues la importación a mi tienda lo hace solo en un recorrido del 90%, las fotos en su app no se muestran, solo se muestran las que en un inicio importé, les explico que con esos primeros productos que ya tengo bien en tienda lo intenté a volverlos a importar y salen igual de mal. Es decir, todo ha sido un desastre, y no recibí solución alguna. De hecho tengo una suscripción paga.

I will be deleting this app. No where near as good as Oberlo for my store. I have had nothing but trouble. prehaps if you have nothing but dropshipping products it may be useful, but if you have a mix of your own physical products and dropshipping its awful. It syncs ALL of your products from your shopify store and if you dont want to see them on DSERS you must one by one cofirm to hide them on DSERS, in addition to that it takes forever to sync with Alibaba. with Oberlo, you hit sync and it happened immediately.

Extremely disappointed with their lack of responsibility for undelivered orders, several problems at this level and no action taken even though I have been working with them for 3 years. My old agent was good, recently the service has deteriorated. Private inventory products disappear after about a year, on the grounds that they are "liquidated" without us even being reimbursed, not serious at all...

After uploading 90+ designs to Printify - then importing to shopify, it turns out they all import as 'out of stock' for every product variant.

Terrible experience. The app doesn't allow me to sync products without creating them from scratch in Printful. the integration functionality is shameful. I may need to switch to Printify. Let me clarify. This is for existing Printful Products I also have in Etsy. For newly created products I can add them fine. The issue is what do I do about the over 200 existing products not syncing.

I bought a Auto DS Shopify Plan Import 200 for 200 products. However, I only import 18 listing and I can't import more. Turn out, they limit this plan to only 200 variants, not 200 listing. Everything this company mentioned are "Products" and "Listing" on their website. However, It was totally confusing because it was not correct as what they described.

I would NOT recommend CJ Dropshipping. Their inventory management is a complete disaster—products are constantly out of stock, yet their website never reflects it. I always have to inquire if items are actually available instead of them simply updating their inventory. It’s a huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating.

REVIEWS ARE FAKE! This app JUST launched at the end of Sept 2024 and there are 5 star reviews saying they've been using for "several years". Not only that but items when pushed to my store show Out Of Stock so the app just doesn't work. Very shady. Install with caution.

At first, everything seemed fine. However, they soon started delaying their responses to my inquiries, the product inventory was often inaccurate and not updated, and they pressured me into accepting a 75% discount for a year to keep me locked in.

I didn't even get past the trial period. You can't really build a full site when a shirt has 68 variations and each variation counts against your import number. I had 5 products posted when I got an error stating I've reached my 500 import limit.

I have a Trendsi account and have installed the Trendsi app on my Shopify store. A customer recently ordered a pair of pants in size Medium from my store, but when I checked the product on Trendsi, there was no Medium stock available and only 2 units left in size Small. On my Shopify site, however, the same pants still show more than 50 units available across sizes S, M, and L.

Venant d'Oberlo je trouve cette application très compliquée et vraiment pas intuitive. Bref une vrais galère à utiliser. Le mapping avec les options est vraiment prise de tête. Et que dire des notifications ! On ne peut pas les supprimer et on ne voit pas tout de suite de quel produit il s'agit. Je met une étoile parce qu'il faut rester positif...

Installation is easy. Product creation is easy. It has been nearly impossible to connect Printful to my Shopify store and successfully sync the templates/products in Printful to Shopify. I'm convinced it doesn't work.

Zendrop has a comfortable range of products, but the interface is terrible. Who designs an interface where you cannot bulk import to your store. Selecting each product individually and publishing is horrendous.
