I could swear everytime they update the mockups something goes wrong. The new all over print hoodie mockups are crooked. The issue really is that it will now take around 4-5 hours to change all the mockups because the system is slow and the bulk editing options are not as useful as I'd wish.

Soy propietaria de una pequeña tienda de ropa que utiliza Printful para la producción de mis diseños. Una de mis clientas recibió una sudadera con un error de impresión (el diseño apareció con un fondo blanco que no existía en el archivo original). Lo más sorprendente es que una semana antes otro cliente compró la misma prenda y llegó correctamente, por lo que el error fue claramente de producción.

Tengo problemas para publicar en shopify, despues de averiaguar mucho y perder mucho tiempo, descubrí que no conecta con Shopify cuando no tienen colores disponibles. Deben hacer una notificación cuando no hallan colores disponibles, en vez de solo lanzar la notificación de "se ha producido un error, intentalo mas tarde", que se diga que el error son colores no disponibles.
